Cars fail to yield to pedestrians crossing
Multiple reviewed clips show vehicles occupying or moving through the crosswalk while pedestrians are still crossing.
Patterns behind the findings
Reviewed clips are grouped by local time of day to show when observed safety concerns concentrate across the current public report evidence set.

Study details
Review scope, study limitations, and privacy context for this report.
This preliminary site report is seeded from 26 human-labeled review clips in the Topeka pilot package. The current findings are grounded in those labels and reviewer notes, but the narrative should be manually revised after fuller human review.
Measured
- Pedestrian crossing behavior visible in the reviewed clips
- Crosswalk conflict patterns described in the reviewer notes
- Timing and label patterns across the seeded evidence clips
Not measured
- Vehicle speed
- Traffic signal timing
- Exposure rates for all users across the full day
- Causal attribution beyond the reviewed clips
Limitations
- This placeholder report is derived from labeled review clips, not a complete study archive.
- Finding language is preliminary and should be manually curated before public release.
- Location-zone detail is intentionally conservative until a human reviewer confirms exact conflict geometry.
Privacy note
Public demo findings should be treated as preliminary evidence summaries, not a final safety audit.
